im seriously telling you guys...Orientation 2006 : Island Of Pioneerock is super-duper fantastic bebeh!! im nt saying this becoz 6th council organized it...and im not saying this for image...im saying this becoz it's true...i've nv felt such luv in Pioneer before...and the year 1s made me feel it...on the last day of Orientation (9th Jan 2006)
The college anthem i played and sang on campfire was the most meaningful and heartwarming anthem thus far....i was expecting every1 to sing the anthem but NO!!!...they were shouting....shouting wif all their mite like there's no tomorrow!!!! for goodness sake...the year 1s are actualli shouting the college anthem!!!! fuwah...tts gr8..it realli realli reflects well on them...and realli realli reflects well on the organisers....i dun care...this is wat i realli think...the 6th Council has realli done a gr8 orientation!!! and im not withdrawing this comment, whether u like it or not...
my egotistical self has made me conclude that perhaps...Island of Pioneerock may be THE BEST orientation is 6 years of PJC's existent...i dun care...tts how i want it to be...at least for myself...and im not gonna allow it to stop here...
to future 02 members and future 7th Councillors...u will organise an event more mega and 1000000 times more fantastic orientation than us 6th councillors...i WANT you to do better than us...tts how it wks...it shud get better evry year...and i'll learn frm seniors mistake...i'll never ever try to put my juniors down like how our seniors shot us down when we were doin our planning....7th council...you're gonna b great...i assure u...i've this feeling..and this faith in me...
at the end of the day, it's not about Trivor, not about Elkins, not abt Inyo, not abt Walla, not abt Keala, nt abt Nootka....and nt even about Pioneerock. It's simply about Pioneer. Pioneer. Pioneer. That's all you(and i) need to noe. We're one huge happy family here in Pioneer and when we're in trouble, we look for each other and look after one another.
Again I say, i sincerely believe that 6th council has made a HUGE impact on this batch of year 1s...no kidding...im being an ass now..but it's true...finale nite was a blast...it wasn't as lame as b4..wasn't as mundane as b4...there were screamings like every second!! unlike...prev orientations....
im juz veri touched and in fact lucky that i've got the best council eva...everybody wks hard at the tasks their given...i tink most of us haven't had proper sleep or brks the laz few days...always running around...college has becum our second home...indeed...our second home...i onli come home to sleep...my life revolves around PJC...6SC...6th councillors will grow to be sensible and mature beings...compassionate too...if OGL camp brot us closer together, orientation 2006(Island of Pioneerock) brot us even closer together...way way way way way closer....all the shit that we've been thru together....all the scoldings, lecture, nagging...mistakes we made...all were blessing in disguise and bonded us...
i've been blabbering thruout my post...but i dun giv a damn...cos it's my blog...if u dun agree...feel free to tag....im a liberal person...i'll respect your opinion so long u respect mine...all in all ORIENTATION 2006:ISLAND OF PIONEEROCK is the best orientation in PJ thus far...and we made a bang to the final batch of "1st 3 mths" Pioneers...im truly proud of all OGLs and councillors
rmb the starfish story i told you all? i tink u'v juz thrown ALL the starfishes back into the sea, leaving none stranded on the shore...good job guys...memories of Orientation 2006 will remain in my mind and is now part of me, now and always...
i'll end of by saying...if u ever experience pressure, and stress, close your eyes...tink about Orientation 2006, tink about the college anthem we sang during campfire, tink about ice kacang, tink about the theme song, tink about the screamings and cheer and think about all the frens that you've made...and all are from diff sch. Now open your eyes...everytink will be juz fine...cos in Pioneer, we have one another...becoz
