someone pls teach me the art of subtle sarcasm, cause i would really love to use that on some people. been working in the line for a considerable amount of time and i think it's time for me to 'brush up' my style. some people just don't deserve good service and respect. MOM should have a policy against abusive customers. technically, customers are our bosses since money comes from them. if they abuse us one way or another, that makes them liable to be prosecuted rite? someone should look into this.
and today, i just told somebody off over the phone. for the first time in a long while, i actually felt damn sure about such issue. not gonna step over me sucker. kinda lost my enthusiasm for the place, let's see what happens. maybe i'll learn my lesson the hard way. we'll see.
