this is cool! things getting kinda interesting here. heh. so much on hiatus, i guess i shall put it on temporary hiatus. ahah..wat a thing eh?

anyway, thanks all for the discussion, i see diff perspectives coming in and that's gr8! (of course Mr Tong's 'muahahahha' was kinda random but ahh well, that's Mr Tong, right cher?)

anywayz, haven't had such a discussion for a damn long time. juz had on in school with Daniel, Dasen and Jing Er in college earlier. Talked about "What Ifs" and "What Not" and "WHat sux" yeah stuff liddat, abt life. which actualli cost us about 3-4 hours of studying time. but oh well, sumtimes, conversations are juz much more intellectual than lecture notes. dun u all agree?

in any case, my blog will always be open for discussion ba, abt anything and anything under the sun. mayb if you're still nt convinced why and how you should appreciate of enjoy JC life, can always bring up at the tagboard.....yeah, let's talk abt life, and all the obstacles that life throws us and the benefits that we can reap off these obstacles.

Life's not that bad la...if you view it long term. that is if you manage to kinda dodge all the freaking obstacles. it's a challenge la, but hey it makes us stronger, and more independent, tts for sure. so yea, drop a tag, anytime, i'll try log in often, to clear my mind shortly for a break. yeah..this's kewl!

so yeah, cheerios peeps. =D

heh, i noe my blog is supposed to be on hiatus. but there's a conversation on my tag, so i must reply. =D

well, im glad you brot up your perspective on PJ. and to reply to you shortly, no, i've not been bribed, not financially nor psychologically.

i noe my prev post might sound 'politically correct' but i assure you, that's how i feel sincerely.

as you might have known, i never wanted to some to PJ when i was in secondary. in fact, i used to make fun of Pioneers whenever i see them. had wanted to go JJ or SA.

i was drawn to PJ thru open house 2004, PJ had a very homely feeling for me. i dunno how and why. i was too lazy to go to JJ or SA open house le, so my perspective on PJ could be a narrow one. well nonetheless, i put PJ 1st choice for PAE.

let's just say, i met very very good frens : classmates and schoolmates...during 1st 3 mths and most of them planned to stay for JAE. that was the factor that made me carry on in PJ for JAE, even tho i had even more options for JC.

and also in JAE, i met even more frens whom i can click with. those 4 or 5 ppl that you always see me around with, those are very very cool and funny ppl. they are one reason why my stay in PJ is so fun. and undeniably, my involvement in Council and the frenships that i made within council is an added bonus to my life in PJ, defnitely.

and the comment i made about the teachers is true. i think, most(let's not generalize) of the teachers are realli dedicated. well at least the teachers i've been taught by are.

and yeah, mayb the spirit in PJ, is not as established as that in say JJ or SA but for me, my frens are sufficient to keep me going. of course, i yearn for the day where evry1 is proud of Pioneer and are not afraid to cheer for PJ, but tt takes time.

and yes, there are times when i think to myself what if i had indeed gone to JJ and SA. i'd probably be better off there...probably. i'll never know for sure. life is full of what ifs. well, im now in PJ, so i might as well just love my frens and ride on my wave of comfort in PJ and enjoy my 2 yrs here, score for my A levels and get on w adulthood.

mayb im just lucky that i happen to have good frens a CCA that i enjoy and that resulted in me having a cool JC life..at least tts wat i tink. and mayb wat i feel is biased...heh..simply becos it's my view...and might not be shared by others...but i hope you will learn to be comfy in PJ

how to survive? love your frens and you might want to start to semi-mug cos i heard that your syllabus tougher than my batch's. tt might distract you from your dislike for PJ. but of course, onli you can chg ur own perspect. but wadeva it is, one thing remains, every student in JC will be taking their A levels. n u noe that u either make or break for As. so if you still dislike PJ, juz sleep on it and concentrate on the bigger picture. your A LEVELS.

well overall, i still do love PJ a lot. I still feel very comfy in PJ. n in fact, i am very proud of PJ. and no, nobody bribed me to say those.

i hope i've given you sufficient insight on my perspectives and hopefully you guys will have a "not-so-bumpy' year. so yea, take care ppl!

PS; hey -:, tts the 1st time i sum1 calls me sexy. thx. =D

Man, farewell assembly was kewl. way kewl.

like how many times in a year do u see ur teachers doing stupid stuff? realli realli amusing. the best part was that every performance was sincere. and yeah, definitely touched my heart. realli.

wic VP in a school would actualli dress down, act cute and sing a gr8 song for his students. veri rare le. onli happens in PJC man. it juz makes us students feel closer to the teachers, and tts a gr8 feeling.

makes me wanna work even harder for my A's to do the college proud. it's good to know that the tutors are working very hard to help us. everytime i see the tutors teach, you actualli see that sparkle in their eyes. altho some qn, they repeat until dunno how many times. you'll never fail to see that spark, drive and motivation in them. and they're not even sitting for the EXAM!!! we are. they've got their own lives to attend to, and yet a huge chunk of their time is spent, making sure that we, students are equipped with the best possible knowledge. and that's cool.

that's the cool thing about teachers in PJC. seriously. they are a good source of motivation, seriously.

in sec 4, i used to not want to be in PJC at all. but now tt im in PJC, it's no regret at all. gr8 teachers, gr8 frens, gr8 memories, could i ask for more?

well, yesterday was a temporary farewell assembly. the more real farewell assembly would be perhaps, prom...or maybe next year March, when we all get our results(hopefully, all full of smiles and tears of joy). so yea, 18 days left...all the way peeps...may the lowest grade we get be an 'A'. cheerios!
